Tom Hogan is actively involved in all of the firm's New England region and east coast projects. He oversees projects from concept through design and permitting, preparation of plans and specifications, bidding and negotiation, and construction. Tom brings more than ten years' experience in civil and environmental engineering to the Doucet team, and holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. Prior to joining D&A as a managing engineer in 2001, he was project engineer with a Massachusetts-based engineering firm. A Registered Professional Civil Engineer in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire and Maine, his work at D&A has encompassed a wide array of projects, including commercial site and residential developments, schools and athletic facility design. |
