Thomas Hardy became a director in October 2002. Mr. Hardy has served as an Operating Partner for an affiliate of First Atlantic Capital since August 2004. Mr. Hardy has been the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Paris since May 2003 and a member of the Advisory Board of Main Street Resources a private equity fund specializing in small and medium sized management buy-outs since May 2002. In 1985 Mr. Hardy was one of the founders of Trans Resources Inc. a multinational manufacturer and distributor of chemicals and fertilizers serving as its President and Chief Operating Officer from 1993 to 2000. From 1969 to 1984 Mr. Hardy was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company Inc. serving as partner from 1976 to 1984. |
