Thomas Gurnee has served as our director since November 2004. Mr. Gurnee is the President and Chief Operating Officer of GlobiTech Inc. His previous positions include Chief Financial Officer for Artest Corporation and for Sohu.com Inc. Prior to joining Sohu.com Mr. Gurnee held a number of senior positions with Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd. including Vice President for Business Development President (North America) Chief Operating Officer (Singapore) and Chief Financial Officer (Singapore). Previously Mr. Gurnee spent 13 years at Schlumberger Ltd. as finance director of various divisions in France Singapore and the United States. Since November 2000 Mr. Gurnee has been a member of the Sohu.com Inc. Board of Directors. Mr. Gurnee received a BA degree from Stanford University and an MBA degree from the University of Santa Clara. |
