Mr. Frank was named the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in January 2004, and also serves as its chief accounting officer. Between 1999 and 2003, Mr. Frank was employed as Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Shirt Company and its subsequent owner, Broder Bros. Co. Between 1988 and 1999, Mr. Frank was employed in various positions by Mothers Work, Inc., where his last position was as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance. Prior to 1988, Mr. Frank held various accounting positions with several retail organizations. Mr. Frank started his business career as an auditor with BDO Seidman LLP. Mr. Frank is a CPA and earned his B.A. in Accounting from The University of Oklahoma. |
