Thomas Curry serves as a Senior Engineer with Cool Earth Solar. Mr. Curry has over twenty five years of experience engineering hardware and firmware. The projects that Mr. Curry has worked on include developing a remote monitor of power relay performance and developing computer controls at PG&E’s 700,000 volt test facility. Other projects include development of smart card readers, encrypted boot loaders, animal temperature monitors, gas pump translators, pump controllers for gas chromatography, IR distance sensing monitors, and finite element analysis for control systems at nuclear energy plants. Mr. Curry’s career includes twelve years as a Technologist in the Technical and Ecological Services group at PG&E. Early in his career, Tom served in the United States Air Force working in the lab and flight center on weapons systems. Mr. Curry studied physics and mathematics at San Jose State University. He has additionally completed post graduate courses in programming and digital design at the University of California, Berkeley. |
