Mr. Boelsen has been a Senior Vice President since January 2008 and was named Vice President and head of the Company's CareCentrix ancillary care benefit management unit in March 2007. CareCentrix delivers a broad array of national and regional homecare and administrative services through a network of third-party provider locations covering all 50 states. Its customers are primarily managed care organizations, insurance carriers, third-party administrators and government contractors. Mr. Boelsen rejoined Gentiva in 2002 as Vice President, Finance, for CareCentrix after serving for two years as Vice President and Controller for CMP Media. From 1985 to 2000, he held a number of financial and management positions with Gentiva's predecessor company, Olsten Corporation. Mr. Boelsen, who began his career with the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Bryant University. |
