Mr. Beron is a member of the Energy and Business Law practice groups. In energy and natural resource matters, he concentrates on oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, energy-related contract drafting, title examination and pipeline issues. His background includes right-of-way and lease acquisitions, pipeline acquisitions, oil and gas financing and resolution of oil and gas contract disputes. He serves as general counsel for various private companies. Additionally, he counsels museums and other non-profit organizations on matters related to fundraising, construction, acquisitions and organization. In 2002, he received the Outstanding Young Attorney Award from the Business Law Section, Nonprofit Corporations Committee, of the American Bar Association.Mr. Beron is a Brigadier General in the Louisiana National Guard and currently serves as the Land Component Commander. |
