Thomas W. Tarca joined Integra in 2002 as Vice President / General Manager, Padgett Instruments. In 2004, as Vice President of Marketing - Plastic Surgery, Mr. Tarca is responsible for the marketing strategy of the newly created Reconstructive Surgery revenue platform. Before joining Integra, Mr. Tarca was Vice President / General Manager at Ethicon Inc., a division of Johnson & Johnson, for the Tissue Regeneration Business Unit, which marketed and sold the Integra Dermal Regeneration Template. Prior to that, he held management positions in operations, sales, and marketing at Davis & Geck, a division of American Home Products. Before his medical device experience, Mr. Tarca was a Senior Consultant with Andersen Consulting. Mr. Tarca received his B.S. in Biology from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University. |
