Mr. Thomas Litzler is Executive Vice President Development and New Business Initiatives. Mr. Litzler oversees the development of new shopping centers and the introduction of innovative business initiatives to improve bottom line performance. He is also responsible for formulating and implementing the long-term strategy for the Company's shopping center portfolio, which includes redevelopments, renovations, expansions and re-tenanting of identified shopping centers with a focus on maximizing the performance and income of the assets. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Litzler was Senior Vice President, Asset Manager/Regional Operating Manager for New Plan Excel Realty Trust's Midwest Region and prior to that was Vice President of Development for A & P's Midwest region. Mr. Litzler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Wooster in Ohio and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Mr. Litzler is a member of the Michigan Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
