Thomas W. Ice, Jr. has focused his practice in the areas of real estate and business acquisitions, bank financing, leasing, eminent domain, and franchise filing, particularly in the restaurant industry since joining Middleton Reutlinger in 1999. Mr. Ice has represented clients in acquiring, financing, and selling over 250 restaurants, including Steak n Shake, Papa John’s, Wendy’s, Chili’s, Fazoli’s, Perkins, Baja Fresh, KFC, Long John Silver’s and A&W.In addition to transactional matters, Mr. Ice serves as outside general counsel for several clients, wherein he assists with litigation, employment and other day-to-day matters that arise.Prior to joining Middleton Reutlinger, Mr. Ice was Assistant Counsel for Consolidated Products, Inc., (now known as Steak n Shake, Inc.) concentrating in real estate and franchise law. |
