Tom Humen has been instrumental in the growth of Lee Technologies product sales since he joined the company as a sales engineer in 1989. Based in the company's Fairfax, Virginia headquarters, Mr. Humen has been an integral part of the company's Executive Management Team and is responsible for the development and growth of the product sales team, comprised of eight people.
Mr. Humen is the 1996 and 2002 recipient of the coveted Lee Technologies' President's Award which recognizes the sales professional who exceeds sales and commission goals, and leads by example through a dedicated work ethic, leadership, customer service, professionalism and a strong commitment to being a team player. Also in recognition of his outstanding sales record, Mr. Humen was honored as a member of the 200/200 Sales Club in 1998. He has over 25 years of industry experience in HVAC product sales at three local industry-related firms.
Mr. Humen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland. Outside the office, Tom is a member of the Washington Building Congress and also assists in fundraising activities, through their Annual Golf outing, for the Mater Dei School Scholarship Fund.
