Mr. Souleles has served as a director of our general partner since December 13, 2004. He also serves as a director of the general partner of MGG. Mr. Souleles has been employed by Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC since 1995 where he serves as a Managing Director and concentrates on investments in the basic industries sector. He is also a director of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation and Packaging Corporation of America. |
