Practice
Mr. Martin is a partner in the Litigation Group and Managing Partner of the Washington, D.C. office. He represents clients in matters related to federal enforcement and disputes arising under U.S. laws regulating business activities. His practice includes civil and criminal enforcement matters, agency and internal investigations, and advocacy before courts, agencies and the Congress. Mr. Martin is also the Director of the firm's Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Group.
