Professional Experience
Mr. Cohen´s practice focuses on land use, including the permitting and entitlement process, CEQA, Subdivision Map Act and land use litigation. Mr. Cohen also has extensive real estate transaction experience including commercial leases, residential and commercial/retail landlord/tenant relations and purchase agreements.
Mr. Cohen´s experience includes entitlements for major retail centers, residential developments, master-planned communities, industrial facilities, office developments, sports and recreations centers, schools, community and cultural facilities, restaurants, and automobile dealerships.
Mr. Cohen´s representative clients include Standard Pacific, The Hileman Company, Unocal, The Home Depot, The Vons Companies, Conejo Spectrum Center, Rusnak BMW, Riverbank Financial, Dollinger Development, J.H. McDonough Company, Trust Company of the West, and Richland Development.
