Thomas Leuba joined Sullivan & Cromwell s Washington Office in 1990 and became a Special Counsel in 1999. He is a member of the Litigation Group. Mr. Leuba represents both U.S. and non-U.S. clients on a variety of litigation and regulatory matters, particularly in the areas of antitrust, securities law and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Mr. Leuba represents clients with respect to merger clearance before the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission, and advises on joint ventures, mergers and antitrust compliance. He also represents clients in connection with shareholder class action litigation and DOJ, Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory body investigations. Mr. Leuba has led FCPA and antitrust compliance training programs in the U.S., Canada and Europe. |
