Thomas R. Brome is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. Tom’s practice focuses on representing investment banks and companies on a wide range of public offerings, including IPOs and general corporate matters. He has represented the underwriters on the initial registered Yankee bond offerings for foreign governments, as well as a variety of aircraft and other equipment financings. Tom also represents a number of the Firm’s corporate clients on public offerings, private and bank financings and general corporate matters.
Tom was born in New York, New York in 1942. He joined Cravath in 1968 and became a partner in 1975.
