Thomas R. Bromberg's practice includes litigation regarding design and construction defects, government mortgage programs, manufacturing, products liability, lender liability issues, securities, and professional liability claims involving lawyers, accountants, and engineers. He also has extensive experience in land use issues, mortgage originations, and real estate purchases and sales. Mr. Bromberg serves as an arbitrator on commercial, construction, securities and international law matters for the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Institute for Transnational Arbitration, the National Association of Securities Dealers, the New York Stock Exchange and the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. Mr. Bromberg is admitted to practice in the states of Colorado and New York. He is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. |
