Mr. Black has served as a Director of Titan Energy Development, Inc. since its inception in 2003 and as President since April 2005. Mr. Black is also President and COO of Titan Energy Worldwide, Inc. In recent years, he also was President of BluePoint Energy Development, Inc. from 2003 to 2005. BluePoint Energy is a Nevada Corporation that manufactures a state-of-the-art cogeneration system. He was also Vice President of Sales for DTE Energy Technologies from 2001 to 2003. DTE Energy Technologies is an unregulated subsidiary of DTE Energy whose business was designing, engineering, manufacturing and distributing cogeneration products and services. Mr. Black also served as President of Alliance Energy Systems, Inc. (acquired by DTE Technologies) from 1997 to 2001 and District Manager for ASCO Power Technologies (EMERSON) from 1989 to 1997. Mr. Black has over 25 years of experience in co-generation, standby and continuous power systems, complex electrical switches and switching systems.
