Practicing primarily in Litigation, Corporate and Business Law
Mr. Wilson is a partner in the firm with extensive experience in business, environmental and natural resources litigation, arbitration and mediation. He is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America," for his skills in Business Litigation. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court
In addition to his respected legal practice, Mr. Wilson has made notable contributions in public service as Assistant U.S. Attorney from 1961 to 1964, Nevada State Senator from 1970 to 1986 and Chairman of the Nevada Commission on Ethics in Government from 1989 to 1996. He serves as Chairman of the Nevada Supreme Court's Commission on Multi-jurisdictional Practice of Law.
Currently, Mr. Wilson serves on the Supreme Court’s newly created Bench-Bar Committee to assist in the Court’s review and consideration of rule changes, evaluation of court processes and internal operating procedures, and development of programs to educate the bar and public regarding the Court.
