Thomas Barnett is the Senior Managing Director for Enterra Solutions. From October 2001 to June 2003, he served as Assistant to Strategic Futures, Office of Force Transformation, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Dr. Barnett's approach to the paradigm of resilience began with his exploration of global connectivity.
