Mr. Vergamini is an associate in the Northern Kentucky office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his B.A. from Ohio State University, College of Humanities; his M.S.L.S. from the University of Kentucky, College of Library and Information Science; and his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has been actively involved in private and corporate practice since 1981. Mr. Vergamini has an extensive and varied background in general civil matters including litigation, general corporate and commercial transactional matters, real estate, land use planning and zoning, Kentucky public and municipal law matters, employment law, ERISA and workers compensation. He has been a member of the Crescent Springs City Council since 1999, a member of the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Council since 2001, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 2004. Mr. Vergamini also serves as chair of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Environmental Issues Committee and as a member of the Chamber's Board of Directors. He also is a member of the Chamber's Leadership Northern Kentucky Class of 2006-2007. Mr. Vergamini is admitted to practice law in the States of Ohio and Kentucky. |
