Tom has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Nayna Networks, Tom was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for Abundance Networks - a provider of leading next generation SONET/SDH based network access solutions. Tom also led the financial, marketing and business development efforts for OSS Corporation - a concept to production product development firm specializing in telecommunications, networking and interactive products and subsystems. Tom also held a number of key corporate finance, marketing and business development positions with the Southern New England Telecommunications (SNET, now a subsidiary of AT&T). With SNET, he was responsible for conceiving, planning and implementing the creation of a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) subsidiary. He also successfully launched SNET's business product line for its highly successful long distance venture, SNET America. Tom has considerable experience in product management, application development, and marketing of high-end technology products, such as SONET/SDH, ADSL, and FTTH for service providers and large enterprise customers. Tom has a bachelors degree in Political Science from Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business. |
