Executive Vice President, Director, Equity Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus
Tom Mulroy joined Stifel Nicolaus in connection with Stifel's acquisition of Legg Mason's Capital Markets Group in December of 2005. Mr. Mulroy is an Executive Vice President and head of Equity Capital Markets. He is responsible for the firm's Equity Research, Institutional Equity Sales, Equity Trading, and Syndicate departments as well as the firm's New York Stock Exchange floor operations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Stifel Financial Corp. and serves on the Management Committee as well as the Risk Management and Credit Committees of Stifel Nicolaus. Mr. Mulroy serves as Chairman of the Board of Stifel Nicolaus Ltd.
Mr. Mulroy held similar positions with Legg Mason for the past 19 years. He joined Legg Mason in 1986 after spending two years at The National Association of Securities Dealers as an Equity Analyst. He serves on the following community boards: St. Paul's School for Girls, Boys Latin School and the Living Classrooms Foundation.
Mr. Mulroy has a B.S. in finance from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. in finance from American University. |
