Tom Huffhines believes that putting the right person in the right position is critical to the firm's success and the client's satisfaction. "Seeing young people succeed and seeing every project successfully completed is my reward," he says. Tom's primary responsibilities include firm administration, as well as serving as a senior design counselor in all categories of projects. Above all, he sets the tone for the responsive attitude that Dunaway clients have come to expect. "I make sure our clients get what they need from us," Tom says; "the people, the schedules, and the priorities."
