Mr. Quigg a resident of Sausalito California a resident of Sausalito California is a Director of the bank. Tom most recently was Chairman President and CEO of Federal Savings Bank a subsidiary of Bank of America. There he was responsible for and managed all day-to-day operations. Under his leadership from 1993 - 1999 the bank grew to over $26.9 billion in size through rapid acquisitions of a savings & loan company a national manufactured housing business and three regional mortgage banking companies.
Prior to this and also at Bank of America Tom was responsible for the worldwide management of its High Technology Practice which included marketing to the Silicon Valley venture capital community. This particular unit under Tom's management served a full spectrum of companies ranging from newly emerging ventures to Fortune 100 companies.
Tom's other top-level executive assignments with Bank of American include: Division Executive Officer of International Investment and Private Banking Chief Administrative Officer of the World Banking Group; and Regional Senior Vice President of North America Division in Houston Texas.
Tom started his banking career with Bank of America where he was a lending and administrative officer at various branches in California.
Tom is the past Chairman of the Board and currently Rear-Commodore of the Saint Francis Yacht Club of San Francisco. |
