On July 10, 2007, the Company retained the services of Thomas M. OBrien by and through Robert Half Management Resources. Mr. OBrien will act as special consultant to the Company for approximately 90 days, during which time he will report to the Board of Directors and Management as to issues dealing with: 1) developing pro forma financial information, 2) assembling and documenting internal controls, and 3) assisting with accounting and other financial decisions for management. At the end of his consulting period, it is expected that Mr. OBrien will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. OBrien received a Masters of Business in Finance in 1981 from California State University and a degree in accounting from Creighton University in 1973. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Pathfinder Holdings, Inc. and prior to that was Controller and Vice-President of Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Corporation. |
