Thomas M. O'Flynn joined Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) as executive vice president and chief financial officer, in July 2001. He came to PSEG with 15 years of experience at Morgan Stanley, where he specialized in corporate finance for electric and gas utility and power clients. As a managing director in Morgan Stanley's Global Power and Utility Group, and head of the North American region, he worked with major energy companies on many strategic advisory and financing transactions;
including mergers and acquisitions, IPO offerings and capital raising assignments. Also, while at Morgan Stanley he served as a financial advisor to PSEG, prior to becoming the managing director of Morgan
Stanley's global power and utility group.
Mr. O'Flynn holds a degree from Northwestern University in economics, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.
He was the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) chairman of the 2003 annual finance conference. Mr. O'Flynn also serves on the board of directors for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL), an active member of the EEI finance executive advisory committee and sub-committee chairman. |
