Tom concentrates on environmental and general corporate law. He counsels publicly and privately-held clients involved in litigation and administrative proceedings, primarily under CERLA, RCRA and FWPCA. Tom represents clients in environmental compliance matters, permitting and reporting requirements, and in negotiating settlements with the USEPA and state agencies under all applicable state and federal laws. His general corporate experience includes domestic and international construction contract review, and antitrust merger and acquisition analysis. Tom is a member of the Ohio, Washington State, New Hampshire, and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He served as of counsel for United Dominion Industries, Inc. from 1984 to 1998 prior to joining Calfee in 1998. |
