Thomas M. Connors, M.D. received his B.A. degree from the University of Nebraska and his M.D. from the College of Medicine at Omaha. He completed his surgical residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and Chief Residency at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson. Dr. Connors completed his Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York and a second fellowship in Thoracic Surgery there. He was in private practice in Omaha for fifteen years and acted as Medical Director for United Health Care of the Midlands from 1991-1998. More recently, he was an Associate Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University of California at San Francisco. He is board-certified and a diplomat with the American Board of Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. |
