Mr. Dean is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for the daily operation of the Company’s accounting, financial, contractual functions and responsible for significant contributions to the formulation, implementation, and administration of corporate-wide policies and business goals. Mr. Dean has over 40 years of leadership experience and is credited to the growth of some of today’s top companies. Prior to joining the PRO-telligent team, Mr. Dean was the Vice President of Business Operations for VeriSign Communications Services. There he was responsible for all Business Operations functions for the $1B international group. In addition, Mr. Dean oversaw several major domestic and international VeriSign acquisitions, where he was assigned Executive oversight for the merger of the acquired companies. Before VeriSign, Mr. Dean held various executive leadership positions at American Management Systems, Inc including Vice President/BA Controller, for the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group (CME). While assigned to CME, Mr. Dean had executive responsibility for all financial aspects of the $640M, 4000 person organization. Mr. Dean is a Retired Naval Intelligence Officer who held various positions of increasing responsibility in a highly classified environment including work with the Office of Naval Intelligence, the National Security Agency and the Naval Security Group. |
