As chief executive officer, Thomas L. Saeli is responsible for leading day-to-day operations of the company, as well as helping to develop the strategic vision for Noble and ensuring implementation of this vision. He has been a member of Noble’s board of directors since 2002, and joined Noble as chief executive officer in March 2006.
Prior to joining Noble in March 2006, Mr. Saeli had been with Lear Corporation since 1998, in a variety of Corporate Development executive roles. In his last position as Vice President of Corporate Development, Mr. Saeli was responsible for worldwide investment and transactional activities, development of strategic alliances, strategic planning, and shareholder oversight of 35 global joint ventures and alliances.
Before Lear Corporation, Mr. Saeli was a partner with The Oxford Investment Group where he served in various senior operating roles including President and CFO of several operating companies. Prior to that, Mr. Saeli held various financial management positions in PepsiCo Inc, and CBS Inc. He earned a BA in economics for Hamilton College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University Graduate School on Business. |
