Thomas L. Pajonas is Vice President of Flowserve Corporation and President of the Flow Control Division. He has more than 26 years of global experience in engineering, manufacturing and operational leadership.
Mr. Pajonas joined Flowserve in 2004. Prior to that, he was associated for 26 years with Alstom and its predecessor companies, ABB and Combustion Engineering, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of the Worldwide Power Boiler Business. Before that, Mr. Pajonas held a number of other senior management positions at ABB, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of its International Operations and Power Project Manufacturing, Vice President and General Manager of its Standard Boilers Worldwide, and Vice President for Strategic Operations/Supply Management. Previous positions at ABB included Executive Vice President of Operations for ABB Carbon, Director of Engineering Projects and Utility Product Engineering, and various positions in engineering.
Mr. Pajonas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He also has completed the Global Business Consortium Program at the London Business School.
