Thomas L. Miller is vice president of CMS Gas Transmission, a subsidiary of
CMS Enterprises. He is responsible for managing CMS Enterprises’ pipeline
assets in Argentina (TGN), Brazil (TGM), Chile (Atacama) and in the United
States.
Before being named to his current position, Miller had been CMS Enterprises’
vice president of business analysis and developed energy projects such as
the $900 million Atacama integrated gas/electric project, and the company’s
$2.2 billion purchase of Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co. CMS sold Panhandle
in 2003 to Southern Union Gas Co.
Prior to joining CMS, Miller was employed at ANR Pipeline. Starting in 1977,
he held various positions in the engineering, operations and finance areas of
ANR, including vice president of financial planning and vice president of operations
management.
Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from
the University of Detroit in 1977. He also attended the University of Detroit for
a joint juris doctor/master’s in business administration degree. He is a registered
professional engineer in Michigan. |
