Mr. Mannik is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the financial and tax structure of the company. Mr. Manniks extensive experience is key to developing financial models and cost controls that will increase the companys value. Mr. Mannik has 20 years of experience in finance and tax with a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University, and a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Denver. Mr. Mannik has significant depth in corporate financial and tax experience from startup companies to multi-million dollar public companies. His first 9 years of experience was in public accounting, where he attained a level of Senior Tax Associate with BDO Seidman, LLP. Mr. Manniks most recent experience has been 4 years as Controller of EMCORE Corporation, a $130M compound semiconductor publicly held company with seven operating locations. In this low margin, highly competitive market Tom had responsibilities that included cash control, financial forecasts & reporting, contract review with understanding of cost components, internal controls as required under Sarbanes Oxley, SEC filing review, business metric preparations, ERP system implementation & enhancements, overseeing all tax filings and correspondence, and leading business reviews. |
