Mr. Kempner has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Loeb Partners Corporation and its predecessors since 1979. Mr. Kempner is currently a director of Dyax Corporation, FuelCell Energy, Inc., IGENE Biotechnology, Inc., and Intermagnetics General Corporation and is currently a director emeritus at Northwest Airlines, Inc. |
