Tom Hayslett concentrates his practice on both real estate development and leasing and on commercial sale of goods. He assists in representation of a Fortune 100 international corporation with regard to industrial property leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, from negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, through survey, title, environmental, and other reviews of the properties, through closing. He has drafted partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements for real estate development ventures of a regional retail developer. He has also assisted in representation of a residential real estate developer with regard to planning the development of a residential community and drafting community covenants and restrictions and related homeowner's associations documents. Finally, he has reviewed and drafted numerous contracts for the sale of goods and governed by the Uniform Commercial Code.
