Professional Summary
Mr. Fuerth regularly represents owners, tenants, lenders, developers and real estate management companies. In addition, he represents various not-for-profit organizations including a number of recognized religious and educational institutions. Mr. Fuerth’s practice also includes tax certiorari work for all types of real property in New York City. He was selected by the faculty and the Moot Court Board to represent Fordham University School of law in the Phillip C. Jessep International Moot Court Competition (ranked number 5 oralist in the East). Mr. Fuerth was formerly a member of the law firm Snow Becker Krauss P.C., where he served on the firm’s executive committee.
