Dr. Tyson has served as one of our directors since July 2002. Dr. Tyson served as Chief Executive Officer of Energy & Environmental Research Corp., a developer of advanced technologies to control nitrogen oxide emissions, from 1980 until it was acquired by General Electric in 1999. From July 1999 to July 2004, he held various positions for GE Energy & Environmental Research Corp., including Chief Executive Officer, Director of Special Projects, and consultant. Dr. Tyson received a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology. |
