Thomas J. Toy has served as a Director since February 1995. Since March 1999, Director Toy has served as managing director of PacRim Venture Partners, a professional venture capital firm specializing in investments in the information technology sector. From 1987 until 1992, Director Toy was employed as vice president at Technology Funding and was a Partner there from 1992 until 1999. While at Technology Funding, Director Toy was managing director of corporate finance and headed the firm's investment committee. Director Toy also
serves as a director of White Electronic Designs Corporation and several private companies. Director Toy holds B.A. and M.M. degrees from Northwestern University. |
