Tom Taylor is a Senior Vice President in the Newport Beach office of Grubb & Ellis, a national full-service commercial real estate firm.
Mr. Taylor began his real estate career in 1985 and has been responsible for leasing more than 10 million square feet of office properties. Mr. Taylor, who has earned numerous industry awards for his work and business ethics, specializes in the representation of tenants in Orange County, California as well as nationally for a number of Fortune 500 Companies.
Mr. Taylor is a member of the Loan, ALCO and Compensation Committees, and chair of the IT Committee.
Mr. Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and attended the Claremont Graduate School’s Masters Program in Ancient Political Philosophy. He is active in The Nature Conservancy and volunteers as a docent for the county’s closed wilderness areas. He resides in Coto de Caza. |
