Thomas J. Reilly, 50, is a Vice President of Chemed Corporation (NYSE:CHE). Mr. Reilly began his Chemed career in 1979 as a tax accountant for the company's former DuBois Chemicals Inc. subsidiary. In 1982, he was named a staff analyst for DuBois. He was promoted to Manager, Sales Analysis and Administration, at DuBois in 1982 and to Director of Budgets and Reporting in 1983. He again increased his responsibilities when he was named Assistant Controller of DuBois in 1989, a position he retained when DuBois was sold to Diversey Corporation in 1991. He rejoined the Chemed family of companies in 1992 as Senior Financial Analyst for the company's then-subsidiary, Cadre Computer Resources Inc. In 1993, he transferred to Chemed's National Sanitary Supply Company subsidiary and was promoted to Assistant Controller. He was again promoted in 1996, to Assistant Vice President and Controller of National. Following the company's divestiture of National, Mr. Reilly rejoined Diversey Corporation in 1998 as Assistant to the President of its DuBois Division. In 2000, he returned to Chemed as Director, Administrative Controls Division, and in 2002, the Board of Directors elected him a Vice President of the company. Mr. Reilly was graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance. He earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Xavier University. |
