Mr. Presby, 66, is active as a director, investor and business advisor. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He retired in 2002 from a 30-year career as a partner in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. At Deloitte, he held numerous positions in the United States and abroad, including the posts of Deputy Chairman and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Presby is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a masters degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University. He was selected to be a director of the Company in November 2003 by the Board to fill a newly created position on the Board. Mr. Presby serves as a director and audit committee chair of World Fuel Services, Inc., TurboChef Technologies, Inc. and ANVESCAP, PLC. He also serves on the board, and on the audit committee of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. |
