Thomas J. O'reardon II grew up in Orlando, Florida. He graduated from Wake Forest University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in History. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego. During law school, he was a law clerk with the firm.
Mr. O'Reardon's practice focuses on class action insurance, consumer fraud, and antitrust litigation. Mr. O'Reardon was actively involved in In re Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM) Antitrust Litig., No. M 02-1486, M.D.L. No. 1486 (N.D. Cal.) which alleged a conspiracy among certain manufacturers of DRAM and recently settled for approximately $320 million. He is currently involved in litigating several nationwide RICO actions against insurance companies and brokers relating to the deceptive sale and marketing of deferred annuity products to senior citizens. One of these matters, Negrete v. Allianz Life Ins. Co. of North America (C.D. Cal), was recently certified by Judge Christina A. Snyder.
Mr. O'Reardon is admitted to the California Bar and is licensed to practice in all California State Courts as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Central Districts of California. He is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
