Tom concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on resolving business disputes. Prior to joining Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C., Tom was an Assistant U.S. Attorney, prosecuting criminal matters and representing the U.S. government in civil suits in the District of Massachusetts. Tom has tried cases in the courts of the Commonwealth of Masachusetts and the U.S. District Court and also has handled appellate matters before the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.
