Tom Mullin joined Constellation Brands in May 2000 as executive vice president and general counsel. In this position, he serves as the company's chief legal officer.
Prior to joining Constellation, Mullin served as president and chief executive officer of TD Waterhouse Bank, NA from February 2000 until joining Constellation. He also served as executive vice president, business development and corporate strategy, of C.T. Financial Services, Inc., from March 1997 through February 2000. From 1985 through 1997, Mullin was vice chairman and senior executive vice president of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Rochester, NY. From 1982 through 1985, he was a partner in the law firm of Phillips, Lytle, Hitchcock, Blaine & Huber, where he served as the managing partner of the firm's Rochester office and member of the firm's governing committee. Prior to this, he practiced law at other firms in Rochester and New York City.
Mullin currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Albany Law School of Union University. |
