Mr. Griesel is a co-founder of the firm and brings with him more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry and corporate financial operations. In his role as Senior Vice President of Reedland, Tom is responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily operations and providing private placement advisory services to Reedland’s corporate and institutional clients. Prior to founding Reedland Capital Partners with Mr. Schacter in 1998, Tom was Managing Director of private placements at Shoreline Pacific Institutional Finance, where together with Mr. Schacter, he was responsible for originating and structuring private equity offerings for publicly traded companies. Previously, Tom spent 20 years in various corporate operations positions at a large public utility company, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the operations and financing needs of small to mid-sized companies. Tom is a registered securities principal.
