He has worked with the firm's banking and corporate clients on transactions including mutual to stock conversions, holding company reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, purchase and assumption transactions, branch and real estate sales and acquisitions, sale and leaseback transactions and branch and office leases. He has also worked on a wide range of regulatory applications for financial institutions, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers. He has also worked with banking and financial institution clients on a wide range of regulatory matters including structuring of mergers and acquisitions, affiliate transactions, investment and lending determinations as well as federal and state compliance and regulatory matters including fair lending, Equal Credit Opportunity, truth in lending and RESPA. |
