Thomas Corbett focuses his practice on corporate and business law. His practice includes negotiation and drafting of agreements for the licensing of software and other technologies, most often for the purposes of on-line commerce. Prior to practicing law, he was a law clerk for the League of Minnesota Cities and a research assistant at the Silha Center for the Study of Media Ethics and Law. During law school he served as a summer associate and law clerk at Leonard, Street and Deinard.
