T.J. Conley works closely with employers to avoid employment disputes and create a better work environment. He regularly represents employers on employee discipline and termination issues; allegations of discrimination or harassment; accommodation of disabilities; contract issues; and minority shareholder rights. T.J. represents a number of employers on a national basis.
T.J. has particular experience in noncompetition, confidentiality and trade secret issues, advising employers about the best ways of protecting their company’s intellectual and personnel assets, and preventing former employees from unfairly competing. He also has significant experience in contract and other commercial litigation. T.J. is a frequent lecturer and author on employment law topics. Prior to joining Leonard, Street and Deinard, he was a staff attorney at Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis. |
