Thomas Hale Boggs, Jr. has served as a director of 1-800 CONTACTS since December 2002. Mr. Boggs currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee and Partner of Patton Boggs, which is a national firm of nearly 400 attorneys. Mr. Boggs has been a member of Patton Boggs since 1966. His legislative practice extends into health care, insurance, tax issues and international trade. The National Law Journal has ranked Mr. Boggs one of the top 100 lawyers in the United States every year since inception. He served as Economist for the Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress from 1961-1965; Coordinator, National Defense Executive Reserve, Executive Office of the President from 1965-1966. Mr. Boggs is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C.
